The Plant is spread about an area of about 5 acres located at Manali, Chennai which is one of the most developed industrial areas in Chennai. It is also the nearest in proximity to the upcoming Sathangadu wholesale steel market in Manali. The Mill is completely automatic with state-of-art facilities. The excellent roll design, superior roll quality and roller guides ensure that the product is defect free and consistent.

A full fledged Laboratory consisting of modern methods of chemical, metallurgical and physical quality testing helps to monitor the quality as a continous process. The shop floor is well equipped with a large workshop with latest techniques and lathes to ensure trouble free production. The Factory also has a computerised weigh bridge for accurate weighment.
